Who writes it
My name is Sophie Turner and I live in central Wellington. I started writing these notes because the jewel-board genre quietly contains four or five very different games under one visual style, and almost nothing explains the differences to somebody choosing between them. I have no professional connection to any of the studios named on this site.
Things I can act on
- A rule described here that does not match what your copy of the game does.
- A guide that has gone out of date because the game changed.
- Confusing wording, a broken link, or a page that behaves badly on a phone.
- Questions or objections about the privacy, cookie and terms pages.
Things I cannot act on
- Requests for gems, gold, lives or boosters. None of that passes through this site.
- Account recovery, bans or transfers, which only the studio running the game can address.
- Refunds, which belong to Google Play or the App Store depending on where the purchase was made.
- Proposals to add advertising, sponsored content or paid links. The answer is no.
