A site that publishes text, offers a contact form and sells one PDF does not need long terms. These are the ones that apply.
The nature of this site
Orbikvantex publishes independent written guides about casual puzzle games. It is commentary and instruction. It is not operated by, licensed by or connected to any game studio or platform, and it is not a support channel for any product.
What is sold, and what is not
- One item is sold: a PDF companion written by the publisher, described on the companion page.
- No in-game currency, gems, gold, lives, boosters or accounts are traded, in either direction.
- No files, modified clients or private servers are hosted or linked.
- No competition, prize draw or giveaway is run from this site.
- No advertising and no affiliate links appear on any page.
- No payment is processed on the site; there is no page here that accepts a card number.
If you encounter something claiming to be Orbikvantex and trading in any of the excluded items above, it is not this site and should be treated accordingly.
Order terms for the companion
Seller. An individual, Sophie Turner of Wellington, selling occasionally and not as a registered business. There is no NZBN and no GST registration, so no GST invoice is issued; a plain receipt is available on request. The stated price is the total, in New Zealand dollars.
Placing an order. The form is a request and charges nothing. A contract is formed only once I have confirmed the order by email and payment has been made by transfer. All payment arrangements happen over email, never on this site.
Delivery. The file goes to the email address supplied on the form, within two business days of the payment clearing. If it has not arrived, say so and it will be resent at no charge.
Faults and refunds. Where the file is undelivered, will not open, or is not what the companion page describes, the choice between repair, replacement and refund is yours. This operates alongside the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be contracted out of for a consumer purchase. Being a digital file delivered on payment, there is no automatic change-of-mind right; an order withdrawn before the file is sent is cancelled with nothing charged.
Accuracy
Guides are written from playing the games and are accurate as far as I can determine on the date shown on each page. Developers change these games without notice, so a described behaviour may cease to be true at any time. Everything here is provided as is, with no warranty of completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.
Reuse of the material
Text, layout and original graphics on this site are the publisher's work. You may quote a reasonable extract for review, criticism, teaching or news reporting if Orbikvantex is named and the page is linked. Wholesale republication, or ingestion into a service that reproduces the material, requires prior written permission.
Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners, appear here for identification and commentary, and are not licensed to you through this site.

Outbound links point at official store listings and occasionally other publishers. Those destinations are outside my control and I take no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability. A link records relevance at the time it was added and implies nothing further.
Limitation of liability
You use this site at your own risk. So far as the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on a guide, from a game behaving differently than described, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here excludes or limits any right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use of the forms
The forms are for correspondence about this site. Bulk messages, malicious content, link-buying approaches and advertising proposals are discarded. Attempting to interfere with the site or its hosting is not permitted and will be reported to the provider concerned.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. Revisions appear on this page with an updated date, and continuing to use the site afterwards means the revised version applies to you.
